Our recruitment process

Three easy steps

We understand that looking for a new job can be a lot of work, and that your personal time is precious to you. That's why we've made applying for a job with us as quick and easy as possible.

  1. 1

    Submit your application

When you view any of our job vacancies, they'll allow you to create a login and apply straightaway. Just fill in your personal details, career aspirations, and attach your most up-to-date CV as well as your cover letter.

We take the time to carefully read all the information you submit. Our tip would therefore be to keep all information on your CV relevant and to-the-point. You can use your cover letter to elaborate further on how your past job experience made you an ideal candidate for the role you're applying for.

  2. 2

    Interview (within two weeks)

We aim to let you know within 10 business days after the role closes whether you have secured an interview or not.

If you are successful, the interview will be planned in at a time that suits you, and you will be set a short task relevant to the role to prepare ahead of time. If you need any special accommodations at any point during the interview process, please let us know and we'll be happy to help.

The interview will last around 60 to 90 minutes. It will cover structured and competency-based questions, as well as the presentation of the task you have prepared. There will be time for you to ask any questions you have for us too.

  3. 3

    Outcome (within one month)

Your part is done. We'll review each candidate's performance and qualifications in the interview. We'll also take their overall fit for the role and company culture into account.

We aim to inform each candidate, successful or not, of our final decision within 10 business days. If requested, we will also provide interview feedback.
