Introducing our new approach to business support

We’re committed to supporting you in welcoming visitors and creating quality, memorable experiences that make Scotland a must-visit, must-return, year-round destination.

As I've mentioned before, our organisation has been evolving, and this has led us to consider how we best use our expertise, knowledge, and resources to help you, and together drive the visitor economy and increase its value to Scotland.

Today, I’m proud to share a new milestone in our business support journey. Our year-round programme of free-to-access support has been designed with businesses to help businesses to grow and keep up to date with the latest consumer, market and sector insight.

At the heart of this approach is our new Business Support Hub website, a curated platform offering tailored advice and support for tourism and event businesses.

Although our approach has changed, the core principles remain the same. We’re dedicated to supporting businesses in a variety of ways – from our new Business Support Hub to Bitesize Webinars for Business to direct advice via our Business Enquiry Team. Hear more on this within my latest blog.
