The winners of the Highlands and Islands Thistle Awards 2024, in partnership with Royal Bank of Scotland, were announced at a ceremony at the Kingsmill Hotel in Inverness on Friday 4 October.

An impressive list of businesses, events and individuals were crowned regional winners, celebrating with their colleagues and friends as they were recognised for their hard work and dedication to the sector and their business.

For 2024, there were 16 categories at the awards which celebrate the very best of the tourism and events industry. They've become an annual celebration of excellence, collaboration and innovation within one of the country's most important sectors. The Highlands and Islands is one of five regional finals, with the winners from each going on to compete at the national final in November.
