Changes to Stornoway opening times

From Monday 12 September, Stornoway iCentre will be changing its operational hours for the autumn and winter period. These changes will remain in place until the end of March 2023.

This change has already been advertised within the iCentre and on our consumer website, VisitScotland.com.

The new operational hours for Stornoway iCentre (effective Monday 12 September) are:

On days that Stornoway iCentre is closed (Thursday and Sunday) all calls will be automatically re-directed to our Inverness iCentre.

Our staff in Inverness will be on hand and equipped to answer any enquiries. 

In the lead up to this change, we have worked closely with other services which we provide local information, accommodation and travel services and bookings for, to make them aware of this operational change.
