Review of the current Scheme and how it could develop in future

Taste Our Best is a national scheme that was launched in 2014 and celebrates businesses who provide a quality Scottish food and drink experience and promote locally sourced produce to Scotland’s visitors.

Scotland Food & Drink, the Scottish Tourism Alliance and VisitScotland have come together to review Taste Our Best, and plan for its future.

As part of the process, we’re interested in gathering views from tourism and hospitality businesses on the current Scheme and how it could develop in future.

We’re interested in your views even if you’re not a current member of the Scheme. Your views may help to shape the way forward.

Take part in the survey

We’ve commissioned Bannikin Travel & Tourism to facilitate a Taste Our Best review. The review will gather insights and feedback from people like you – who work in the food and drink industry.

Please complete this short survey by 5pm on Monday 18 April. The survey should only take around 10 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous.

Your feedback will directly impact the way forward for the Taste Our Best Scheme. It will help us to evolve the Scheme to:

  • engage a wider audience
  • involve a wider cross section of the industry
  • contribute to the achievement of Destination Net Zero by increasing the focus on locally sourced quality Scottish food and drink. This will not only deliver a quality experience, but also support local producers and reduce food miles and emissions. Read more on Destination Net Zero.

Thank you in advance for your participation!
